Dr. Caryl Dailey:
Dr. Caryl Dailey grew up
in Westport, graduating from Staples High School in 1982. She then went on to Smith College where she graduated with a BA in Biochemistry in 1986. After college she decided to take a break
from school and worked as a laboratory technologist, first in Boston then at various locations around the country.
She decided to go back to veterinary school,
and ultimately was accepted to the University of Florida, College of Veterinary Medicine. She
graduated with her DVM, with honors, in 1998. After practicing for a year in Seattle, WA, she returned to her home state of Connecticut, and has been practicing in Fairfield County for the last 12 years. She has
special interests in surgery and anesthesia, feline medicine, dentistry, pain
management, and oncology.
She is a
member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Connecticut
Veterinary Medical Association, the Fairfield County Veterinary Medical
Association, the American Association of Feline Practitioners, the American
Veterinary Dental Society, and the International Association of Veterinary Pain
Management.
