Shelley has been with the hospital since
July of 1998. During that time she has worked as an assistant and a
receptionist. She obtained her veterinary assistant certificate in 1990 from
Median School of Allied Health Careers in Pittsburgh, PA. and has worked in the animal health field for 18
years working in both general care and emergency clinics. She has also obtained
her BS from Southern Connecticut State University and MBA from University of New Haven.
In her free time she enjoys hiking,
movies, and spending time with her 2 dogs "Ray
Pablo" and "Henry", and her 6 cats "Peeps", "Kippy",
"Schmoogie", "Crookshanks", "Stranger D", and "Eliza".

Judy: Receptionist
Judy has been with the
hospital since August of 2008 and has been a veterinary receptionist since
1994.
She's lived in Weston and Fairfield since 1979. She has 3 children, 5
grandchildren, and 2 cats: "Joker" & Bubba". Judy is an avid
bridge player and director. Her grandmother was one of the first people to
import Afghan Hounds to North America,and Judy's father took up her enthusiasm and was very involved in
the establishment of the breed during his lifetime. She's always had at least
one until a few years ago.
Julie:
Receptionist
Julie has been with FairfieldVeterinaryHospital since January 2009, and has been in the field for
9 years. Before switching over to small animals, she worked with horses for 6
years in Connecticut, Florida, Virginia, and on Martha's Vineyard
and worked with a horse veterinarian.
She has 2 dogs: "Phoebe", a Mix
Breed and "Oliver", a Papillon, and 2 cats: "Merlin" and
"Seymour".
Sheryl: Technician
Sheryl has worked at the hospital since
2006 and has been a technician for 25 years. She enjoys working with animals
and taking part in helping them get well. She has a special interest in
veterinary dentistry.
She has 2 cats and a dog she recently
rescued. Her pets are mostly "special needs" cases, but loves them
all a lot. She lives in Fairfield with her 2 children.
